#21 Text output displays some HTML tags

The option "Show entire category as text" displays
some <A> tags for the titles of subcategories, making
the generated text output harder to read.

To reproduce: try the option "Show entire category as
text" from your FAQ-O-Matic home page at
http://faqomatic.sourceforge.net.
