#19 "Show as text" broken for subcategories

The options to show the category, or entire category as
text only work well from the root of the FAQ-O-Matic.
The text is not formatted correctly when these options
are used from any subcategory.

For example, try the option from the FAQ-O-Matic home
page at http:://faqomatic.sourceforge.net. It will work fine.

Then, click on User's guide (or any other category) and
try the option [Show this category as text] again. You'll
get unformatted text output which is mostly unreadable.
