One of the suggestions (to run Fangs a second time, or to change the
output style) has worked - I don't remember which one I did first,
though, so I'm not sure which one it was that did the trick. Thanks,
David and Jackie!

Peter: I'm running the same setup you mentioned. Are there any extra
details about my Firefox setup that would be useful to you in fixing
this problem? Great tool - thanks!
