[Fangs-release] Fangs version 0.72

Hi!

This is to announce that version 0.72 of Fangs has been released. It can
be downloaded from here:

This release consists mainly of bug fixes:

- Dollar characters got stripped away but is now back where they should be.

- Fangs had trouble identifying and translating certain special characters
in UTF-8 encoded web pages. Fixed.

- Links referring to the same page (e.g. href="#name") should be announced
"This page link". Fixed.

- Links with only image content and no alt text should render the image
URL. Fixed.

From this version there is also experimental support for the Mozilla
browser version 1.7+. It installs, but I have not had time to test it
properly yet.
