#24 requrest: visual improvement for developers

The results are like real screen readers, but as a
developer, I would like to have better visual cues
(which the true audience doesn't get). For example: We
see:

"heading level one" contact us text text text text...

(quotes actually have background colour in fangs)

A visual cue for me would separate the actual heading
from the text in some way like a border. For example:

-----------------------------------------------
| "heading level one" contact us | text text text...
-----------------------------------------------

I believe screen readers give a pause between things
like this so a visual cue would be helpful.

Good idea. I will modify the stylesheet in the next release
of Fangs to include better spacing for announcements and
headers.
