In anticipatin for 002, the themeable fancy, I fixed some bugs that causes some major nusiance that prevents people from useing the contact form to mail the admin. There are also a lot of small fixes.

The folder structure has also been reorganized. Data directory is left unchanged, so upgrades should be as easy as using your ftp client ;).

First FANCY cms version has been released today. It features a flatfile database and very customizable yet easy to maintain look. A lot of improvements are in order, both in the code and gui, but it is already useable.
