libfame 0.8.10

There is a new version of libfame including statistics monitoring and two pass encoding (thx Yannick). It also fixes a lot of quality artifacts and bugs in pmvfast. This is basically just a snapshot of the current CVS to be used with the transcode patch, before I break backward compatibility again ;) and send a new patch (from Yannick too).

a new version of libfame has been released, introducing half-pixel motion estimation/compensation as well as an extension of the library interface.
fame and recmpeg have been updated accordingly.

libfame released

libfame, a fast MPEG encoding library, has been publicly released and is available for download.
libfame currently supports MPEG-1, MPEG-4 and MPEG-4 with shape encoding.
