[Fame-devel] inter blocks reconstruction

Hi,

	I've just commited a fix for the MMX inter block
reconstruction. This isn't perfect yet, anyway it's much better than
before :)
	There is still work to be done in checking the output of the idct
and comparing with the floating point version which now works quite well,
even for inter blocks.

	Also, I've forced motion vectors to be multiple of 2 before we get
half-pixel compenstation, which would otherwise be needed even with
integer motion vectors for chroma compensation.
