The icons for the World Tracker and Traits dialogs do not match the other buttons on the main screen. These need to be changed from a single dds file to the style used for the adviser buttons.

The tasks are as follows:
Create new images as in Resource/Civ4/HUD/HUD_icons.tga & HUD_BTS_icons.tga
Create entries in the Civ4Theme_HUD.thm file
Update CvMainInterface.py to reference the theme definition
