[Fail2ban-users] firewallcmd-ipset ipsets not listed by firewalld

Hello!

I use firewallcmd-ipset as action and the ipset will be created and
listed by ipset list.
Although, it is not listed in firewall-cmd  --get-ipsets

What happens here?
