Yes, stop working, was not able to ban IPs, I belive after a logration.  I fix it,  I had to reinstalled, looks that was a corrupted file.

What do you mean by "stop working"?

The test you did should have shown some output besides the warning, what
was it?

About the warning, from a technical view it means you have a newer
version of Python than the one required by f2b, that is not a problem
unless you went up to version 3.x; I don't know if f2b works with the 3
series version, many Python packages don't.
