fail2ban-client is a good tool to get/set fail2ban configuration.
But I'm looking for a way to remove a banned IP from the daemon internal list : something like
fail2ban-client set <JAIL> unban IP

this can be kind, in case of an unwanted banned IP

    Accepted.

However, this will be added to 0.9.

    Thank you

The opposite: (fail2ban-client set <JAIL> ban IP) too would be handy.
I use portscan to check for hackers. For obvious reasons it would be handy if portscan would not modify the iptables directly, but notify fail2ban to block the ip.
