Every time that the dss document is saved, 5 spaces
are added to the end of a new line in the comments
JtextArea for Alternatives, Base Criteria, Issues,
Stakeholders

This bug was fixed by adding line # 53 ( tidy.setSpaces(0); )
to DomUtil.java. This caused the .dss document to not have
extra white spaces.
