We need to drop the existing windows styling as it might confuse people using vista/windows 7 as to which windows are native and which are from the CMS.
Styling needs to be neat, tidy, has to accommodate for minimizing, closing and full screen mode. Resizing to be fixed (in case of ckeditor) so it scale everything at once
