When I start facetracknoir the screen says that it's tracking and I don't see the three leds from my Track Hat.
    Profile > default.ini-FSXHat.ini
    Tracker Source > 1st > PointTracker1.1
    Tracker Source > 2nd > None
    Filter > EWMA Filter Mk2
    Game Protocol > FSX SimConnect
    Game Protocol > 2nd > none
I'm using the eye cam that came with the Track Hat and the Code Driver is installed.
I'm trying to get it to work in FSX and then DCS.

    Hi Dan,

So you are using the "TrackHat" combined with FaceTracknoIR? The way I see it, the TrackHat developers have copied the opentrack branch (which was once splitted from FaceTrackNoIR) and adapted that to their needs.

I think it may be possible to just use the TrackHats' IR-leds and use the PointTracker plugin from FaceTrackNoIR to do the tracking. In that case, you should enter the right dimensions in the PointTracker settings window and adjust the web-cam, so that you see three dots in the video-display.

You should probably NOT install the TrackHat software in this scenario: that may interfere with FaceTrackNoIR.
