FaceTrackNoIR - Logitech C270 and C922 low FPS

Sorry, English isn't my first language.

I bought FaceTrackNoIR v2.0 and I tested my webcam C270, C922.
Both I have the same FPS(15,16 frames) I thought the problem was
the c270 then I bought c922 with the same problem.

FacetrackNoIR is a great program but I don't know why I cannot change my fps.

I have a simulator with military aircrafts then I need to move my head quick but I cannot with low fps,
in combat mode(dogfight) I need to hit the target very very quick and I need to see who's behind me.

Hi,

I usually recommend the PS3Eye: it is pretty cheap and it performs really well. Maybe you can try it?

Do you mean is not possible 60fps with c922 or 30fps with c270...
I need to buy a ps3eye. Can I have 30 fps with ps3eye?

I don'tknow about the Logitech webcams, but the PS3Eye can certainly get 50 fpr or higher. A lot depends on the driver(s) too. Some drivers even limit fps...

The PS3Eye was designed for gaming, so you can expect more of it!
