Can camera resolution be selected?

I installed FTNOIR 2.0 but faceAPI gets stuck in INITIALIZING state. I tried the SeeingMachines HeadtrackingDemo. The ASUS Brightcam defaults to 640,480 and fails to track. But if I change the resolution to 320,240 the demo tracks fine.

Is there any way to select 320,240 resolution from within FTNOIR? Or reset the default resolution for the camera?

It appears that an ASUS Brightcam with an ASUS Z170 board will only run at 640,480 resolution if plugged into back panel USB 3.1 port. Only 320,240 on front panel USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports. Correct port allows FTNOIR to run.
