I just installed FaceTrackNoIR_v200 and faceAPI from SetupFaceTrackNoIR_v200_PluginPack and it does not work at all.
Engine state stays as TERMINATED.
I tried to launch FTNoIR as adminstator, disabling my antivirus... but it still doesn't work.
If I lauch FTNoIR_FaceAPI_EXE.exe, it works without any problem.
