granted my face might be harder since i have a massive full beard and dreadlocks
but it takes often 10 minutes to initialize and find my facve, thenm loses it often
ive moved the cam tried diferent lighting everything
What kind of webcam do you have? It should not take more than 1 or two seconds to start tracking.
A PS3Eye is recommended...
