Hello I am having problems setting up facetracknoir and dxtory on same machine.
I use DxTory for recording game videos and I wanted to try out facetracknoir.
However facetracknoir gave me greyed out video feed after I launched faceAPI. I know faceAPI gives greyed videofeed but mine was so grey that I could not even see anythink at all. Even other apps started to do the same greyed out video feed every time I started facetracknoir. So every time I had to restart the computer to get normal video from webcam in other apps.
I was trying to find the cause and I found one. DxTory
After I uninstalled DxTory facetracknoir started to work normally as intended and started to track my face.
I use magicyuv codec for recording but after trial and error method of finding the culprid, magicyuv was not the case. This is the only codec I use.
I know DxTory use some codecs but I dont know how they are installed into the system or if codecs used by DxTory are the cause of problem.
Another fact is that DxTory is using somethink called DxTory Video source Directshow so maybe that can be cause of my problem.
Did anybody managed to get it working alongside DxTory?
Honestly I really do not wish to uninstall and reinstall DxTory every time I need to record something just because facetracknoir especially faceAPI dont like it.
And please, dont suggest me application called ManyCAM, I had a lot of problems with this crap before and I dont want it now. Even if it works its not a permanent solution
