When I choose to use FaceAPI V 3.2.6, the webcam starts up fine, but the camera picture disappears after a few seconds. I cannot use the ShortKey to Center, when I press the button on my joystick. FaceTrackNoIR crashes after a few more seconds. What is the problem?

I deleted FTNoIR_Tracker_Tobii4C, and the problem still remains. You are right, it seems as if it is the ShortKey that is the problem. I have attached a screenshot
I followed your advice and installed the new FaceAPI plugin and the faceAPI now works, but now the iOS USB doesnot work. When I switch to the iOS USB FaceTrackNoIR crashes. OMG!

These sound like 3 separate problems. To start with the third: can you delete FTNoIR_Tracker_Tobii4C from the installation folder of FaceTrackNoIR?
Maybe the first problem is only caused by the third (the crashing?).
Can you post a screenshot of shortkeys dialog? Did you assign both a shortkey and a joystick button to 'center'?

It works fine when I am using iOS USB, but not with the FaceAPI V 3.2.6
Is that the same when you assign a keyboard key instead of a joystick button?
Yes, when I press the ShortKey on the keyboard same thing happens, after a few presses the software crashes.
It is really strange: I can press as often as I please and nothing strange happens.
Could you try the new faceAPI plugin from the files section? Since it seems not to happen with another tracker selected?

OMG indeed :)
I didn't realize that you are swapping trackers and there was a compatibility problem (which I caused myself) with the new and older trackers.
I have uploaded the even newer version of the faceAPI tracker, which should solve this. Can you try it?
