i buyed the software today and i wanted to use faceAPI as a tracker source (for arma 3), the problem is that the engine state is terminated and if i try to open it manually i get error code -13, the one you get when there are some codec problems or something else is using your webcam, my webcam, Microsoft LifeCam VX-5000 is working fine and it's displaying video when i open webcam utility, any suggestions?

Yep, but maybe i did something wrong, once i have the program opened what should i do? i really want to use your software since it's so useful!
update: i tried Codec Tweak Tool, still not working, Face API is terminated, could it be that my type of camera does not have a button to actually turn it on but it just detects it? when i press start it does not turn on cause FaceAPI is in terminated state (camera is working)

Did you try Codec Tweak Tool? Most often -13 does indeed mean a codec problem.

Did you try the new faceAPI tracker plugin from the files section?
Still not working, i think it's a very local problem but keep giving me advices, and thanks for the patience :).
Any solution?
Can you post a screenshot of FaceTrackNoIR, after pressing START?

You screenshot tells me that you have not yet installed the update of the faceAPI plugin. Can you try that? You can find it in the files section
odd... im pretty sure i downloaded the latest version, i'll try that now.
