I have downloaded the facetrackernoir app several times, but I don't get a startup icon. I am using windows 10. After I download , unzip and run the installer, and then find the download and click on it, it just gives me a list of contents.

I'm not sure what you mean: there is no unZIPping required in the process. Please follow the installation instructions to the letter :)
