I finally got FaceTrackNoIR working, however, logging on for the second time I have "Commercial Use" watermark in the Face API Tracker screen
My face is in there but not recognized, I am assuming the watermark has something to do with this

No the watermark is not present in the video faceAPI uses to search your face. BTW it actually reads 'non-commercial' but the window is too narrow ...
The most likely reason for faceAPI not to find your face is the light. Make sure there are no light-sources to the side(s) or back and assure that your face is illuminated from the front.
