[Faces-help] Text Display Problem in Gantt Chart

     Hi, 
     
    The Jan/Feb in the gantt was displayed wrong.  See the screen shot.

    Although I am in Hong Kong, I am using English Windows XP. Seems that  faces try to display the Jan/Feb in Chinese char but in wrong encoding. 
    I tried to start in cmd, with LANG=en.  Still the same problem. 
     
    Anywhere can I check/change the LANG/Encoding of Faces?
