#1 PSD Import

Ability to import a PSD, with or without layers, file
requested. Import of file should ask user to identify which
layer should be imported for each resource. This includes
being able to identify face, mask, digit, & animation
sequence images. Files may only contain a small set of the
required images like the full net animation sequence or the
set of number digits.

It might be nice to add a layer label mapping to map the
standard set of images automatically as a user
convenience. The mapping could be configurable or, if
necessary, static.
