If someone wants to create a message attachment,he will face up a script error.Which is asking to continue running scripts on the page. If someone clicks "yes" on this message once he'll receive the same error.But if a user clicks "yes" twice he'll be able to choose a file for attachment.
I've attached a screenshot.
