After years of dreaming, months of planning, and weeks of insane coding, the Fabrik RIA CMS project is actually officially started. Thanks to another great project called OpenLaszlo (http://www.openlaszlo.org) and a generous company named ActiveUnit (http://www.activeunit.com) Fabrik has the tools and the sponsorship it needs to become a reality.

Fabrik CMS will be a web-based Content Management System, similar in features like phpNuke, Rainbow, and Mambo, but with the unique and powerful ability to deliver the completely dynamic site as a "Rich Internet Application" in the Flash player.
