It would be nice if faac would support the m4b
extension just as it supports the m4a extension. If a
file has the MP4 container and has an m4b extension
instead of a m4a extension, then it gets treated as an
audiobook and will remember where you left off.

Is it possible for someone to add it? If it helps I
might be able to provide a patch for the change. It
looks like it would not be very difficult. Right now I
have to manually rename the file and it would be nice
if we didn't have to do that.

Basically, m4a and m4b would be the same thing.

Thanks.

Has been included in the CVS since some weeks, see the
updated changelog on the FAAC forum at Audiocoding.com.
