It looks like I need to install the developer tools

MacOS/F-Script can't open library: =20
/System/Library/Frameworks/InterfaceBuilder.framework/Versions/A/=20
InterfaceBuilder  (No such file or directory, errno =3D 2)

Still new to OS X
