In the meantime, it's easy to add yourself, jc. =20

Open up F-Script.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/fs.nib. Add a
"Close" menu item with shortcut cmd-W to your favorite menu (probably
Workspace), and set the item's target to First Responder with action
performClose:.  That'll do it, no recompile needed.
