Thanks for the report.

I have uploaded a patched version of the fscript command line tool   
executable at http://www.fscript.org/download/fscriptCommandLineTool/fscript.zip

It should work with F-Script 2.0 alpha 6.

Hopefully the patch will be integrated in the main distribution soon.
