#2 Elements with empty text closed in opening tag

Here is a patch to close elements that do not have text
in them. For example:

<P>Data</P>

If we don't write "Data", instead of:

<P></P>

could also become:

<P/>

Maybe could be a parameter in ezxml_toxml_r or ezxml_toxml.

Feel free to improve it... or trash it. :-)
