#2 Make textarea size reflect content size
All textarea's are the same size currently. It seems
fitting that entries like OS, License, Language, and
Category be shorter to reflect the amount of content
that would reasonably go there. The four mentioned
sections are really one- or two-liners so the current
six is overkill.
