#2 I can't login as a Administrator user

I already installed the application following the
instructions in the install.php wizzard without errors.

The user database successful created.
The database successful installed.
The user administrator successful created.
The config.php file created.

But when I try to access to the application using the
admin user I can't login into the application and
returns automatically to the login screen without any
error displayed.

I checked the php.ini file to review the
register_globals variable to be enable and already is
enabled.

I don't know if there is an special version of PHP or
MySQL to work with this application.

Is possible to help me with this issue, and tell me
which versions do I have to use with this software?
