1. I'll check the data/time limit. Just make sure that you have correct sqlcounter(such as noresetbytecounter, noresetcounter) in radiusd.conf and included chillispot dictionary in freeradius dictionary.
I can't find "noresetbytecounter, noresetcounter"
I don't understand "included chillispot dictionary in freeradius dictionary"

about noresetbytecounter:
replace your radiusd.conf with attached radiusd.conf.2(rename it back to radiusd.conf)
about dictionary:
download 3 files attached (dictionary, dictionary.chillispot, dictionary.wispr) and copy those files into /etc/freeradius. overwrite if asked but please backup your files if in the current /etc/freeradius directory already has those 3 files.

in ezradius-comm installation folder you'll find sample freeradius config. if ezradius-comm was installed on /var/www, you may find:
filename: radiusd.conf.v114
located in : /var/www/ezradius-comm/resources/freeradius-example-config
copy radiusd.conf.v114 into /etc/freeradius
backup original radiusd.conf
rename radiusd.conf.v114 (in /etc/freeradius) into radiusd.conf
Please try that sample configuration.
