Occasionally while playing I see a the "beach ball", "SPOD" show up in the center of the screen (crosshairs) for a split second. Annoying, but livable.
I see no specific spin dumps in syslog. I do see some Debug output though:

That last log message (page flip mode) is related to cmd/tab.
Darn, this is annoying. I haven't been able to track this down. I don't even know of good tools to track this down.
Fixed by 10.9.2. You can close.
