#526 particles stay visible when fog is on

I'm using fullbright map/models with black fog so i get z-depth map.

This map I then can use in AfterEffects to create a qw video with "Depth of field".

The particles ignore the fog and stay visible at any depth. Thus the dof effect flaws with particles in it.
