Rain will not appear on every map, even with an open
sky. dakyne, ds4, cmt3 and all id software maps (except
base32 and death32) are not supported.

    Maybe because some maps use a broken qbsp compiler and
    CONTENT_SKY its not correctly set

    This bug its more a compilers tool bug. A Qbsp bug. Will be
    dificult to solve from engine,mostly with hard hacks (like
    the mhquake ones)
