#13 Normalization Assert

If running simulation in Normal WorldStep, the application may assert an null vector normalization within the calculation.
This happens due to large invalid values in the simulation. ODE has exploded.

The problem is that the assert is sent to the user and not handled by the exceptions mechanism.
