Hello,

Since I bought a 4k monitor a few weeks ago, I had to call Netbeans with the argument "--fontsize=20" so that I could read the letters of the GUI. This resulted in the effect that can be seen in the attachment: The individual menu elements are displayed with different font sizes, which makes everything even more difficult to read.

Because it was too tiring for the eyes, I swapped the 4k monitor for a monitor with a lower resolution.

I have successfully deleted all files (really all!), that save the GUI settings of Linux (Ubuntu-MATE-20.04 64 bit).
Only in Netbeans nothing changes. I suspect that Netbeans stores the same settings somewhere itself. I do not want to completely delete the directory "$n{HOME}/.netbeans" because then all settings and the plugins would be lost. I only want to delete the files and/or directories that contain the display settings.

Can someone please tell me which files or directories must to be deleted! It has nothing to do with the theme used. I tried to change the theme. But as soon as I leave Netbeans and start it again, the unpleasant appearance is restored.

With thanks in advance,
Michael
