Message sender and subject are not correctly parsed when they start
with =?iso-8859-1?Q? or similiar string.

It works in the "month"-view, but not inside messages, subjects
containing "forreign" characters are displayed okay in the month-view,
but shown as =?iso-8859-1? inside the message...

That's right.
It's probably related to the Mail::Box module, and it could be a
wrong usage of its class interface. I'll be looking into it ASAP.
