#72 Edit boxes use emacs-style end of line
Ezmail2 splits long lines with soft newlines when editing and sending. ^E goes to the end of the current
soft line, not the next newline.
Current ezimail edits and sends mail with no soft newlines, which messes up many email clients that
expect no more than xx characters per line. The ezmail2 behavior would be prefered.
