#15 DICOM from Kodak Lumiscan

I have a few images I recieved that do not open with the
control. They say they are Allocced 16 bit and stored 12
bit lossy jpegs. I have found a few other viewers that will
display them, so I know they are valid files. I was hoping
someone else may know what may be wrong.
