#218 error in colorpicker.php?

If I want to change the colour of a background or font
in the layout menu I see a popup that says: Parse
error: parse error in
c:\phpdev\www\ezcontents201\admin\colorpicker.php on
line 83. So I don't get the colour pallet. I can
change colours by renaming then like: white, blue and
so on.
