#203 Update 1.45 -> 2.03 nightmare

We've got several customers who are happy whith the
1.45 ( we use french as default language ).

This morning we try to update the web site.
A little nightmare, and hopefully we do backup of all
thing before.

If we choose just french as language ( which is the
case ) and made it the default, update doesn't do the
job ... it stop with error mysql 1062 duplicate record.

it appear just after the ezc_countries populate table
