#9 password encruption and generation

Hello!

I have here two small functions that can be used to
generate and encrypt passwords for use in authSources
and Membership components.

The generatPassword generates random mumbo-jumbo
passwords.

The cryptPassword crypts the password using a random
salt, which is, imho, better than using a salt derived
from the username.

Last, there is an example authenticate function,
showing how to use the cryptPassword function.
