Add so called Session Tracking, which amounts to
allowing Anonymous Users to have properties set on them.

Sessions will have to time out, and transient
properties will have to expire.

This is currently being worked on, and is working in an
almost elegant fashion.

There are some issues with expiring sessions to be worked out.

It seems noone is currently using, or interested in this
feature, so I don't have any more progress on this as yet.
0.8.0 and above has session tracking in it, but, some of
this is unsatisfactory.
