Compilation of Exult failed twice because of the error in the summary. The patch prepends ptrdiff_t with 'std::'.
Patch: Explicitly specify std::ptrdiff_t

Sorry for the long silence.
I tried compiling the current trunk, which seems to have cstddef included in those two files, and everything went fine.
Linux 3.1.0-1-amd64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
g++ (Debian 4.6.2-7) 4.6.2
