I have noticed that exult_studio and the rest of tools
are considered to be "user programs" (manpages in
section 1, are usually installed in /usr/bin...). At
the same time, exult is a "game" (and thus it should be
installed in /usr/games and its data under
/usr/share/games).
The main problem here is that it isn't possible to
install both exult and exult_studio in the right place
at the same time.
First of all, all the binaries are installed in the
same location. So no matter what you choose, you will
get it wrong: if you install binaries in /usr/bin,
exult isn't in the right place (it is a game), if you
install binaries in /usr/games it is the rest of the
tools that aren't in the right place.
There is a similar problem with data files. In this
case it is probably even worse since these files cannot
be easily moved to somewhere else.
So my proposal is to either treat exult_studio and
related tools as "games" (which makes sense after all,
and many game editors do this), or make exult and
exult_studio less "coupled", allowing more flexible
configurations and independant directories.
